Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to Autobot360-PG Manager (the "Service") provided by Autobot360 via autobot360.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in India. If you register on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Autobot360-PG Manager is a software platform for managing paying guest accommodations, including properties, rooms, tenants, rent, expenses, billing, KYC document collection, and optional automations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You must notify us of unauthorized account use
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks

Property owners and managers using the Service agree to:

• Obtain lawful consent from tenants before storing KYC and personal data
• Use tenant contact details only for legitimate PG-related communication
• Comply with local rent control, housing, and data protection laws
• Ensure rent demands and reminders comply with applicable regulations
• Not use the Service for unlawful discrimination, harassment, or fraud

Paid plans (e.g. Growth Suite) are billed through Razorpay. Fees, billing cycles, and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Tenant rent payments processed via owner-configured Razorpay credentials are transactions between the owner and tenant; we are not a party to those transactions.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Upload malware, false tenant data, or infringing content
• Circumvent access controls or RLS policies
• Resell the Service without written permission
• Use the AI PG finder to spam or mislead users

The Service, branding, and software are owned by Autobot360. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to operate the Service.

Integrations (Supabase, Razorpay, n8n, Twilio, Google Maps, etc.) are subject to their own terms. We are not liable for third-party outages or actions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE BILLING, OR LEGAL COMPLIANCE OF YOUR PG OPERATIONS — YOU REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BUSINESS DECISIONS.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autobot360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify Autobot360 against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or unlawful handling of tenant data.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of Terms. Upon termination, you may request data deletion per our Data Deletion Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
